The Executive and Members of RCL #165 wish to extend wishes of a Sae and Happy Summer to all members of the community.

BRANCH 165 SPORTS

BINGO - Thursday nights. Doors open at 5:30pm. Sales starting at 5:50pm. Regular Bingo starts at 7:15pm. Children must be 10 years of age and over to play and accompanied by an adult Anyone wishing to volunteer to work can call Joan Hayden at 902-866-0704.

EUCHRE - Tuesday nights. Play starts at 6:30pm

MEAT DARTS: Friday nights. Play starts at 7:30pm.

MEAT POOL: Saturday nights. Play starts at 7:30pm.

9-BALL FUN POOL: Wednesday nights. Play starts at 6:00pm. Registration starts 15 minutes before game play.

JULY EVENTS: Happy Canada Day Mount Uniacke - July 1, 2026, 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Pool Table, Cards, Washer Toss, BYOM - BBQ and shareables. Come celebrate with Branch 165 for Canada Day. +19 to attend.

VOLUNTEER CALL-OUT FOR A HOUSE TEAM FOR BRANCH 165 You know the saying, "Many Hands Make Light Work".

Branch 165 is looking for volunteers who would be willing to become familiar with our Legion building, grounds and outbuilding and conduct periodic inspections to identify maintenance needs -- Such as *Report issues before they become bigger problems. *Help with simple repairs and maintenance tasks when appropriate *Assist with light grounds maintenance and seasonal upkeep *Recognize when a job requires a skilled trades person or specialized contractor to bring it to attention.

The House Team will work with, and report to, a memer of the Executive Team helping to ensure our Legion property remains safe, welcoming and well-maintained for members, guests and the community.

BUDDY CHECK @ 165 - Branch 165 had a successful Buddy Check hosted for our Veterans on June 24th. We would like to thank the volunteers and attendees. We will continue Buddy Checks starting in September.
