COTTAGE COUNTRY EXPANSION IN MOUNT UNIACKE

The Municipality of East Hants is currently reviewing an exciting development proposal that could significantly enhance our community. 3230225 Nova Scotia Limited (Cottage Country) has submitted an application to expand the existing Cottage Country development with a 370 dwelling unit bare-land condominium project, plus 9 hectares designated for multi-use commercial and residential live / work units. Located on East Uniacke Road adjacent to the current Cottage Country Villages 1 and 2, this expansion would cover approximately 323 hectares (798 acres).

The proposal features five distinct condominium villages, with each unit averaging over 1 acre in size. The development includes provisions for parks, trails and open space contribution that could enhance our existing municipal parks.
