NOVA SCOTIA HEALTH

It is recommended that Nova Scotians 65 years and older get a dose of COVID-19 vaccine this spring.

Vaccine protection can decrease over time. Keeping up to date with COVID-19 vaccines is one of the best ways to protect yourself and your loved ones against serious illness, hospitalization and death from the infection.

You can book appointments for the vaccines at your local pharmacy here by calling 1-833-797-7772.

Typically, it is recommended that people wait 6 months after their last COVID-19 vaccine or infection to get a vaccine, however, a shorter interval of at least 3 months will be allowed for people to receive the spring dose.
