NOTICE TO ALL READERS

Former patients of Dr. Harding and Dr. Bhanot who are not currently registered at Mount Uniacke Medical Centre may contact reception to obtain a 'Patient Profile Form'. Due to the limited number of openings, please submit the completed form as soon as possible for consideration.

Additionally, patients who are currently registered with children who are not registered may do the same.

The deadline for submission is May 15th, 2025.
