Navigators can work with people to problem solve issues affecting their health and wellness and connect them with available community supports.

Navigators can help in many ways – here are some examples of how a navigator can help:

*Support people to connect with food banks and food delivery services *Help people find resources to manage stress *support parents to manage anxiety or behavioural challenges with their children *Assist physicians, NP’s and health providers in identifying supports for their patients.
